Remark Filtration Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of our Zero Emissions project at a power plant in Estonia, utilizing circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler technology. This project is a significant achievement in our ongoing commitment to sustainability and environmental protection, delivering advanced filtration solutions to support cleaner industrial processes.
Innovative Filtration Technology with Remark membraTECH
The power plant, which operates using locally sourced oil shale and biomass, required a filtration system capable of handling the demands of these raw materials while maintaining minimal emissions. To meet this need, our team of process engineers developed Remark membraTECH filter bags featuring PTFE membrane technology. These filter bags not only excel in filtration performance but have also maintained excellent mechanical condition and operational efficiency, even after 75 months of use.
Remarkable Durability and Environmental Impact
Performance data from our RemarkableHUB confirmed that our patented seam sealing technology remains fully intact, underscoring the longevity and resilience of our filtration solution.
This innovation has provided tangible benefits, including:
- High filtration efficiency: Remark membraTECH with PTFE membrane ensures exceptional filtration, offering both high durability and ease of cleaning.
- Longevity in harsh conditions: The filter bags demonstrate sustained performance and stability even after extended operation, making them ideal for power plants with rigorous environmental standards.
- Supporting local materials and reducing emissions: By enabling efficient combustion of oil shale and biomass, our solution contributes to a cleaner environment and supports the use of locally available resources.
A Commitment to Sustainable Industry Solutions
Remark Filtration Group is proud of the impact of our Zero Emissions project in Estonia, which stands as a model for sustainable industrial filtration. We remain committe
