In November 2018, a two-day conference in the field of air filtration jointly organized by Remark-Kayser and Eco-Kom, our exclusive partner on the Russian market, took place at Malachite Congress Hotel in Chelyabinsk (Russia). The main theme of the event was to discuss the latest developments in the field of air protection in the metallurgical and cement industry leading to the optimization of dust collection equipment.
The place of the conference is not a coincidence, as Chelyabinsk is one of the largest industrial centers in the region, hosting among others many iron and non-ferrous metal works.
Prominent speakers included representatives of Sfera, Evonik, Donaldson and Remark-Kayser. More than 80 delegates of 31 metallurgical enterprises and cement plants from all over Russia took part in the conference.
The participants were keenly interested in the discussed topics, which they expressed by actively participating in the technical discourse.
The very positive reception of this event will certainly contribute to the organization of further technical meetings of this type.
